That was the worst ticketing experience. Had tickets in my cart and then got put in a waiting room and then was logged out. Forced into queue and then all the tickets are sold out!

There is an awesome Army directing the line at Stanford Stadium because there is no Stanford staff to be seen. Army is amazing!!! Thank you Army!!! 💜💜💜

They were so slow! The staff needed training and they let people try on merch. They shouldn't have allowed that, the big white merch tent wasn't allowing that! There should be a time limit for each person. Plenty of time for people to figure out what they want while in line 🙄

The Stanford BTS merch tents are a mess! Got there at 5am and waited in line for 9 hours! Someone fainted in line,it took a long time for staff to help. Army - do NOT go into the merch tent without the Amazon checkout. You will definitely regret it!!!
