So this is a good one. @Cex took a payment of over Β£2000 online from me this week, then just cancelled the order with no explanation and CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. They are ignoring my support message and donβt provide any phone support. Quite cross.
@Cex purchased what was advertised as a 4TB external drive from your Paisley store. Turned out to be 2TB. Am I able to return this for a full refund as it was incorrectly labelled?
