@IsaacHayes3@AtlantaFalcons I am with you.
I divorced the Falcons last week even before the Stefanski announcement after 40+ years of supporting this franchise.
2026/2027, I will be on the Jacksonville bandwagon.
@realgreggd@IsaacHayes3@AtlantaFalcons This only proves that you shouldn’t hire Stefanski. Not only could he not develop Dillon Gabriel, he also failed Sanders.
@CThomasRadio Did you take that from the memo circulated at 92.9 the game?
You spent all season telling us that “you are what your record says you are” when referring to Raheem.
Now, you are saying Stefanski’s horrible record is exactly what the Falcons need!!!
Dude, GTFOOH
@waldizzyworld@MarkZinno They got Matt’s approval. Go back and check the tape.
You also can’t deny that Matt didn’t want Shanahan as his OC.
Type “matt ryann and shanahan fight year one” into Google.
This ends the lesson.
@MikeBellATL@ATLHawks@AtlantaFalcons I’d like to hear Trae’s reaction, since he claimed Nate NEVER taught him anything.
If you hated Raheem’s coaching tactics, then you should have had Snyder on the hot seat a year ago.
How many guys have to be traded (Collins, Murray, Young) before they realize he can’t coach.
@MikeBellATL@AtlantaFalcons@M_Ryan02 Let’s be honest, Matt’s best year came under Shanahan, a coordinator he didn’t like or want. What happened the next year when Matt got his pick of OCs, Mediocrity (again).
Falcons are on the verge of an elite Def, Ryan hires an Ofc-minded coach. Why do they do this every time?
@DOrlandoAJC I never thought I would live to see the day that Atlanta would take out Cleveland’s trash.
The Falcons are on the verge of having an elite defense, and Blank & Co hire an offensive minded-coach. Typical.
Matt R is not a great hire. Remember, he didn’t want Shanahan as OC.
@JaimieCMM@MikeBellATL@AtlantaFalcons If you are comparing Stefanski’s record to Andy Reid’s record, then I hope you don’t have to take the ACT anytime soon.
A better comparison is the Giants taking Baltimore’s trash/treasure.
P.s. BTW, how did the Falcons’ interview go with Harbaugh?
@MikeBellATL@AtlantaFalcons@Giants@AtlantaFalcons have no identity & the owner has rabbit ears. U can’t run a team based on fan opinions. Winning teams have a philosophy and hire coaches that fit that approach. @AtlantaFalcons hire def-minded coaches, but invest the bulk of the $s on offense. Process is broken.
@putemupcdukes@M_Ryan02@AtlantaFalcons I would prefer a team identity b/f any hires are made. Winning teams are consistently elite on one side of the ball. Falcons are consistently avg on both sides.
When DQ was hired, I thought we would get a Boom elite defense, all the $ was spent on offense. Process is broken.
@Zeke_Love@MikeBellATL@AtlantaFalcons Exactly. Who lets that type of coaching talent walk? A guy who can’t evaluate talent.
Even the dumb-ass Panthers owner was smart enough to stick with Bryce Young.
I bet Blank will listen to dumb-ass radio hosts and give up on Penix.
@steakshapiro@DrewButler Elite coaches and coordinators are not interested in the Atlanta job. If they do interview, they do it to get leverage with other teams, I.e., Parcells in 2007.
P.S. Hiring Matt Ryan is NOT the answer.
@Zeke_Love@MikeBellATL@AtlantaFalcons Exactly. He also hires coaches and does not let them use their superpower. He hires DQ, but never lets him create a legion of boom in Atlanta. Did the same thing to Mike Smith (the defensive guru for Jacksonville). When you finally get an elite offense, he lets Shanahan walk.
@RapSheet If I had the power, I would fire Arthur Blank. This team does not have an identity b/c Blank has rabbit ears. 1 year it’s “explosive” plays. The next, we need sacks. Find an identity & stick to it.
There is a reason he was replaced as the CEO of Home Depot.
