@LuxLounger @ShaanVP @patrick_oshag Good to hear! Improvements can be made by getting away from the traditional SAD. Processed foods/sugars are full of unproductive stuff that cause problems. Moving from a SAD to anything less processed will have gains. Keep an eye out for any future issued labeled as chronic.
