Just over a year ago I averaged a 15 minute, tonight I’m very grateful to have gotten a 6.20 while on my 5K.

Long way to go in terms of speed but excited to keep working on it. Turning my training and dieting into my priority recently, the hunger to get under 100KG is everything right now.
