Buy local this festive season! Now taking orders for Christmas birds from Orchard Farm. Please pop in to order, or ring the shop on 866308. (Please note that collection, when ready, will be from Orchard Farm).
@bigbuzzard@AlisonMEden@LCRobillardWebb What chance is there that you three admirable candidates could agree on a single unity candidate to beat Mel Stride. I'm sure you know it is our only chance.
We now have a new bench alongside the Methodist Chapel at the shop. Many thanks are due to the Cheriton Fitzpaine Women’s Institute who have been instrumental in supplying benches to various parts of the village and to the kind people who installed it – a great team effort!
To all #communityshops
There's a cracking community store
That sells everything, all and more
From curry to custard
And mincemeat to mustard
A warm welcome awaits at our door!
@TivvySupporters Enjoyed very much hearing Scott's @scottyroge8 and Colin's @colin_nation perspective of different formations, training, budgets and tactics. Quite illuminating for me and emphasises that the fans must be realistic in their expectations of the team.
We were granted £28,500 over 3 years from @countrysidefund to help build our shop and employ a part-time manager. very helpful people and aq joy to work with!
@scottyroge8@NickHurst_7@tivertontownfc Use the new players! Steve Colwell was good, but how much better if the long balls weren't played and we actually used our mid-fielders more. We were great for the first 15 minutes, then resorted to same old long ball. Keep young Joss upfront. His pace is a concern for opponents.
@TivvySupporters @SupermarineFC We did look sharper in the 20 minutes that we passed the ball around. Sadly we still resorted to long ball, by-passing the mid-field. Swindon had control of the mid field for long periods and deserved their point. Joss key looked great upfront. His pace really worried Swindon
@PostcodeLottery We didn't win a prize, but we got a grant for £18,500 to help us build our brand new community shop in Cheriton Fitzpaine, Devon. Thank you to all the players who made this possible.
