RCSLT's latest vacancy survey results are out!

In NI - 103.92 WTE vacant posts (June '23) = vacancy rate 18.3%. Certain trusts have vacancies as high as 28%.
We've been talking about this in our recent political meetings, emphasising the importance of increasing our workforce.
