@AmericanAir Not paying attention seems right along with how you handle these situations, my 74 year old father was on that plane for over 12 hours along with a plane full of angry people.

@AmericanAir what the hell is going on with my fathers flight from Las Vegas to Charlotte NC diverted to RALEIGH NC and all of the passengers stuck in the plane on the tarmac you need to get them out of that plane and make other arrangements for the my father is 74 years old!
