@inmymindbag @slammingsalmons @Chyort3 @lillybilly299 used to struggle from it and see it as “stupid” is the most ignorant mindless thing i’ve ever heard. it’s a disorder, something that cannot just be stopped by knowing you are going to die or you are wasting food or that you aren’t “morally correct”

@AmannnndaDeez @lillybilly299 thankfully i didn’t go past a point of no return and am now recovered, but it definitely gave me some long term gut issues and affected my heart. it is so hard to get out of when you are in it and it is scary. i wish more people understood this

friendly reminder that recovery is possible and you are never alone. bmi 14 to 19 ❤️❤️ 2 years and 5 bmi points later…so happy i chose recovery. it’s never easy but it’s so worth it. idek if anyone will see this but stay safe always and i’m always here to talk

throwback to a year ago when i was in the trenches with my ed. so thankful to be alive and to have gotten better with food than i was before. it’s an everyday battle but it gets easier. not where i want to be in recovery yet but i know ill get there. it gets better ❤️❤️❤️❤️
