Last week we attended the local round of the Geographical Association Worldwise Quiz at TBGS.

One of our teams secured first place which is fantastic! The winning team comprised of Year 10 students Lucas and Kailan, along with Florence in Year 8.

@MissSelfGeog We have just completed some local fieldwork and followed up with use of ArcGIS to present data. A series of 3-4 lessons. We have done a joint project with one of our feeder primaries. Year 6 and 7 have both been engaged. DM me with your email and I can share the materials.

"On Tuesday 21st February the Geography Department took 4 teams of students to the local round of the Geographical Association Worldwise Quiz.

Our students performed fantastically, securing first and second place.

Our Year 12 Geography A-level students have been studying coastal Geography and this field trip has brought the topic to life with the breathtaking coastal backdrop of Lulworth Cove.
