@_UpsCustomer_ I have spoken to 3 people from corporate, 2 different stores and spoken to a supervisor at a warehouse. I highly doubt you could be of any assistance. After getting 4 different stories, I really don't have much desire for a 5th.

I don’t think anyone minds waiting an hour for a pizza. But when you are told it will be 20 minutes and you get notified in 20 minutes it is ready and it takes an additional 30 minutes to get your food…. It makes me feel like @dominos thinks I am an idiot….

@dominos you might want to check some of your stores efficiency numbers if the app has anything to do with it. App said my order was “ready for pick up” before it went in the oven…. And at least half a dozen other customers said the same #SomeoneIsLying

@McDonalds apparently can only cook 3 burgers at a time, which takes 15 minutes and doesn’t understand what “large” means. Sounds like they need help from some professionals…. @BurgerKing think you can help them or is it a lost cause?
