@passportsevamea @MEABharat @MEAIndia my wife went to update her passport name change post marriage with all relevant documents. But they officer put it on hold because no ad was given in newspaper for name change. Since when ad has to be given for name change because of mariage?

and what about a mid level employee who doesnt have time to do stock research. it is not just about benchmark, it is also about what people feel comfortable in. investors who made money and were able to use it don't care about benchmark :)

@RichaaaaSingh depends on the value addition. people are paid for their value addition. i pay my operations team alot because they bring me solutions. they don't just follow orders.
i could be sitting stapling papers all day, can't get a manager level pay for that.
