I'm not in Calvin's district, but if I were he would 100% have my vote. He serves on one of the committees that I testify before routinely, and he is consistently engaged and thoughtful. If I could say one thing to his voters, it's that they've chosen someone who shows up and seriously does the work. They should make that choice again this year.
It's official. I'm running for another term as a NH State Representative for the Grafton 1 district. Representing my community the last two years has been a tremendous honor. There's still so much work to be done in Concord!
I'm trying to do this as well. I have such a hard time reconciling our operating accounts, because our books reflect individual tenant payments on the day they made payment, but our merchant services provider aggregates deposits and has a few days of float that often put the deposit into the next fiscal period. Same issue with expenses paid by card.
I think that you are referring to HB457, which prohibits the adoption and enforcement of any zoning ordinance that restricts the number of occupants of a dwelling unit to fewer than 2 occupants per bedroom and also prohibits the adoption and enforcement of any zoning ordinance that discriminates based on familial, non-familial, or marital status.
Which is nothing more than making state law conform to the federal law.
