This cannot be correct. "Olde English" (which I assume means West Saxon) was gone by 1100 and in any event has nothing to do with Shakespeare's ROMEO & JULIET, which was composed in the early modern era in perfectly understandable modern English - about 14th-century Verona, in northern Italy.
