My websites are in bits and I haven't been able to receive emails since Thursday. Have raised this by ticket and no-one has responded since Sat AM. No chat or phone support. Would someone please fix this? Ticket 3477528 !!

@BritishGas took over £2k from my bank account on Friday in error. Despite promises they have not yet sorted this out. Absolutely furious #britishgas
