I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE PH ARTISTS FROM APPLYING TO THESE LAST MINUTE EVENTS SO ORGANIZERS (not just Ozine) CAN STOP THINKING THEY CAN KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH DOING THIS.
