I'm a @loucityfc fan, but I have to give a shout out to the @bhmlegion fan tonight with the custom jersey that says Mark 5:9 on the back. Well played, my friend.
@J_hunt1123 Definitely should be El Bluegrassico, though I heard it being referred to as Kentucky Darby (not Derby therefore no copyright violation) last year.
@Turner_Hawkins1 They need to make it affordable for whole families to come. My family went to the Pittsburgh playoff match 2 years ago with $5 tickets and it was the best atmosphere I've ever experienced at Lynn.
@JordanDoenges@USLChampionship It's really frustrating that all the controversial missed calls routinely get scrubbed from the highlight videos. @USLChampionship is complicit in the terrible officiating by censoring it.
We hear objections from some folks along the lines of “if we don’t vote for X, Y will win! It’s too important. I’ll vote for you next time.”
The issue with this logic is that every election cycle is framed this way by the duopoly. At some point you need to take the plunge.
Hot take: It doesn't matter if we give trophies to all or none of the 8 year olds playing youth soccer. It has little impact.
What does matter: If we have parents acting like their 8yr olds game is the world cup and losing their minds on the sideline.
Focus on what matters.
WOMEN'S SPORTS IS NOT
A TRANSFER PORTAL FOR
MEDIOCRE MALE ATHLETES
WHO COMPETE AS WOMEN.
If you're a #GirlDad, there is no way you want your babygirl competing against men. It isn't fair, nor is it physically and mentally healthy. #SaveWomensSports
I’m hesitant to post about this… you know why?
I’m hesitant because I am not sure how many more times this needs to happen before everyone wakes up. The opposition tells us this isn’t real and isn’t happening, so we show the evidence of it time and time again and they still dismiss it.
I am not sure how many more examples are needed for governing bodies of sports politicians, and professional athletes to wake up and put an end to this.
This is an easy issue to fix, truly it is. It’s as simple as women/girls sports are for females only. The polls show us that the majority of people agree with us yet, so many people that share this opinion are hiding in the shadows.
Right now we need everyone to stand up for what’s right. I don’t care where you stand politically. We all need to stand with women and girls, so that we can win back our spaces, safety and opportunities. If you disagree with males competing in women’s sports, then be vocal about it and if you are unable to be vocal then maybe you don’t stand with women and girls as much as you think.
