📖 A little bit of history about me: I’ve been in the markets since 2019 — basically a trading veteran now 😂.

Like everyone else, I went through the painful (and expensive) phase of:

✅ Trying every strategy under the sun
✅ Overloading my charts with 15 indicators
✅ Thinking there’s some secret formula I was missing
Spoiler: there isn’t.

The moment I cut the noise, went back to simple price action, breakouts + a couple of key indicators → my trading life got 10x easier. 📉📈

Sometimes the “boring” stuff is what actually makes you money.

Going to be requesting my first @TakeProfitLLC payout later today.

Had 3 funded accounts but 2 got breached due to intraday dd on Fridays move, had the right direction, just the chop was too much and caught me out.

Still not sure if I like them or not due to the intraday DD but daily payouts are very nice.

Alright folks, I stayed away for a long time and avoided it like a bad disease but its time for a @MyForexFunds post.

To disclaimer this - nothing has surprised me, it was like this when we were operating MFF.

I spent a few days going about and picking up cases on whats happening with MFF payments. The way I did it was by either a) grabbing the publicly posted case number or b) talking to the person in DM to get details of their case. I then took it to the team that is working on the MFF settlements and getting things sorted.

Here are my findings in order of volume:

1) The majority of the loudest cases were people who had done a chargeback. If you did a chargeback - you cancelled your contract with MFF at the time of chargeback. The judge told everyone that the status quo must be maintained. The receiver failed and chargebacks were issued. If you got a chargeback, you are already settled. Don't expect anything further, chargebacks had expenses attached to them beyond your chargeback, no one owes you anything, move on.

2) People who had already been paid in 2023, trying to get paid again. Just bloody gross, grow up.

3) People who were in drawdown at the time of closure, claiming they werent, again trying their luck, bad behavior.

4) People who were never customers of MFF at any time

5) Genuine cases which are now being sorted at an expedited speed after I brought the information to MFF.

In my conversations with @MyForexFunds they mentioned that a few regions had incredibly high numbers of false submissions and those regions were delayed as they have to be very careful not to make mistakes.

Throughout this, @MyForexFunds has had no revenue, did not open sales or anything of the kind before settling old dues, there is no room to pay people who aren't owed money, they must be thorough. Mistakes are costly at high volumes. MyForexFunds DID NOT bring this on themselves and it was NOT their fault that the company was closed. A judge has made that clear with a ruling with prejudice. (If you dont know what they means google it).

My brief journey into the pit only confirms my leaving the space. To constantly have to deal with people trying to one-up someone for free money is just a vile experience. This isn't MFF specific, its industry wide. If you are a trader in the space make sure you are always doing better than those you look down on and police those that try to be crooks. Props will try to police it, but due to conflict of interest they will go unheard, its up to the audience to police the bad actors out of the space. I try my best to shine light on whats going on and will swing a few punches when I can but its up to you guys to help clean the place up.
