BREAKING: The Kentucky Supreme Court has just DENIED Daniel Cameron's latest attempt to undo our victory and enforce a complete abortion ban.

Abortion remains legal in Kentucky and you can still get an abortion in Kentucky.

VICTORY: A Kentucky Circuit Court has blocked the state's total abortion ban and six-week ban, granting our request for a restraining order.

Abortion is once again legal in the commonwealth. Our legal team is reviewing the order to determine when our client may resume care.

It is outrageous that we can't pursue *even* the narrow path in the district court that the Court gave us in the #SB8 challenge. Procedure = substance. Every day #SB8 is in effect people are forced to carry their pregnancies against their will.
