@FlySwoop @JimBuxton1 @FlySwoop not only did you charge me that 4 other family’s too as we were there for a Softball tournament with our kids and we are all out over $1700 to get our family home safely and all you offered was refund/credit on our cheap Thursday flight that was actually canceled AWFUL
