@oficialedesur Llamando y la respuesta es siempre "la inmensa cantidad de trafico blabla llame mas tarde". Me mandaron un SMS anunciando $5k en la proxima factura, la cual no tengo porque no llegó. Mi consumo no varió y en promedio eran $500. Corto pagos hasta q se comuniquen

@bitfinex something as trivial as a lost/reset/changed phone should have an alternate method or a quicker solution. I recovered my google account in the same day, and they don't charge me at all. You happily collect my tx fees, a little support should be at hand

@bitfinex Hi, it's been 3 weeks now since I wrote to support to recover my account and still no response at all. I'm asking for assistance to prove my identity and disable 2fa (since I had to reset my phone and lost authenticator). Can anyone please help me?
