The labor market has been FLOODED with foreign workers here on visas and Americans are LOCKED OUT from a large number of jobs. I was replaced by Indians at my job earlier this year and can't get an interview after MONTHS of applying to even entry level jobs. My spouse just told me there were 700 applicants for a simple clerk position where she works. Another layer to all this why men (white) aren't working, because they have been systematically discriminated against to the point where it is now fashionable with women and minorities in HR etc to not hire them.
