@optimum used to have great support now it's the worst in the industry. An automated voice tell you to reboot your modem If you get someone, they tell you to reboot your modem. If you can set an appt, they end up canceling it and say the problem has been fixed. But it hasn't.
Update on @vrbo customer service disaster. I post my complaint. They ask me to DM. I do. A week later still no response. Just booked my next trip on @Airbnb . Advice to @vrbo: take some of your Fiesta sponsorship $ and put it towards customer support!
