Why @gmail won’t let you mass delete emails I don’t understand. I have 31k emails and I’m trying to get it under control. Cmon @Google seems easy enough to bulk delete 100 emails at a time.

@SouthwestAir today is day 6 without luggage and customer service is telling me they don’t know where it is. Upon arrival to @INDairport they told me bags were @BWI_Airport. Now I can’t get a response and have needed items in the bags. I dm’ed confirmation #’s and report #’s.

@SouthwestAir Today at FLL, gate agent Andiana went above and beyond trying to get my son and I home before Christmas. She had a smile on her face the entire time in a stressful situation.
