Everyone always talking about “talent density” in Silicon Valley when we really should be talking about how 80% of pretzels in America come from a small region of Pennsylvania
📷 HEISMAN PORTRAIT OF THE WEEK: @Jaboowins🏆
At just 19 years old, Jameis Winston became the youngest player ever to win the Heisman Trophy at the time, leading @FSUFootball to an undefeated season and a BCS national championship. He became the first redshirt freshman to win both in the same year and the third Seminole to claim the award, joining Charlie Ward (’93) and Chris Weinke (’00).
Winston’s 2013 season was nothing short of historic. He threw for 3,820 yards and 38 touchdowns, earning a 190.04 passer efficiency rating, one of the best in Heisman history. He finished his college career with a 26–1 record as a starter, throwing for 7,964 yards and 65 touchdowns before becoming the first overall selection in the NFL Draft.

Everything about it is gold. I’ve probably watched it 20x. The crowd pop & zoom out to see everyone going nuts is amazing. What a damn game, man. Go Birds 🦅
On this day 26 years ago, Florida State baseball’s Marshall McDougall had the greatest day for a hitter in college baseball history, going 7-for-7 with six home runs and 16 RBIs — both NCAA records — as the Seminoles completed a 3-game sweep of Maryland with a 26-2 victory.
It's a TWO BOX DAY here at the FFCA!
Not only did we get an awesome box from Coach Norvell and @FSUFootball but Coach Jarrett and @FSUBaseball sent us a box as well!
Thank you so much to both incredible programs and GO NOLES!!
