Focus today
๐ Home First Finance
Reintroduction of the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS) will benefit housing finance companies focusing on affordable housing in the Rs 1-1.5 million range. Crisil forecasts the housing finance market to reach Rs 47 trillion by FY26, with affordable housing making up Rs 18 trillion.
๐ Aptus Value Housing
The company focuses on affordable housing for self-employed individuals and low- to middle-income families, especially in semi-urban and rural areas. Increased funding and cash support under the revamped PMAY-G scheme and a potential rise in the affordable housing price limit could boost demand and market opportunities for HFCs.
๐ UltraTech Cement
Increased allocations to housing and infrastructure, driving over 80 percent of cement demand, will benefit UltraTech. The government is expected to boost spending on highways, roads, bridges, urban development, and projects like Bharatmala and Sagarmala.
#Railways
๐ IRCTC
Increased budget allocations for railway infrastructure and digitization initiatives will likely boost IRCTC's revenue from e-ticketing and catering services. Enhanced tourism promotion could further elevate their tourism vertical.
๐ข Container Corporation of India
Investments in logistics infrastructure and policies favoring exports/imports can significantly enhance CONCORโs operations. Increased focus on trade facilitation and improved supply chains could lead to higher container traffic, boosting revenues from freight services and logistics.
๐ Titagarh Wagons
Government spending on railway expansion and modernization projects will likely increase demand for Titagarhโs railcars and related equipment. Additionally, defense budget enhancements could result in more orders for its specialized vehicles.
๐ค Texmaco Rail
Higher government expenditure on railway infrastructure development will positively impact Texmaco Rail. Increased projects for new rail lines, modernization of existing ones, and bridge construction will drive demand for its products and EPC services, potentially boosting its revenue and market share.
