@OnTrac_Shipping There is no building to access. This is a residential delivery . Customer service even already confirmed the correct address. I dont understand what you could be missing and there was not an attempted delivery as indicated

After trying to resolve issue for over a yr. @PayPal continues to state @AmericanExpress has not given them money for a charge on my credit card-putting me in collections. So at this point either @PayPal is scamming me or @AmericanExpress is stealing #corporatetheft #paypal #Amex
