@JStaceonFOX5@ATT I'm with you...switched after 22+ years with Sprint that went bad after the merger with TMobile...learning now it was bad only for former Sprint. Only 3 months in with @ATT@ATTHelp and it's been worse than anything in those 22+ years with Sprint without including this outage!π€¦ββοΈ
@ATTHelp I was with Sprint for 20+ years until 11/1/2023, when @ATT sent a cell salesman during my fiber install to solicit me to switch. Sprint merger had recently caused us to not get text messages, which is better than paying @ATT for a phone and service you are not getting at all.
11/1/2023:@ATT fiber was installed,a cell salesman appeared...GO FIGURE...talked me (20+ yrs Sprint) into switching- upgrade:3 new phones free,lower bill...by 11/10/2022 Mom's new phone died completely when the battery died...as of 1/2/2024 I'm still waiting on the replacement
@ATTHelp@ATT Why should I be running around as I already have been to get the equipment and service for which I pay?!?! I'm a new customer. YOUR equipment didn't work, but 12 days after starting YOUR service.
@ATTHelp@ATT suggested store to get a replacement phone for Mom's phone...already informed them of trying the store. Salesman Don said he'd bring replacements in November. It's February. My Dad had a stroke and now in cancer treatments. I don't have the bandwidth! NO CUST SVC

of phone, which died 12 days after service, from the popup salesman who arrived during my fiber installation, started 11/1/2023 & still waiting on replacement phone as I wasn't upgraded to appropriate phone. This is ridiculous!
