The Labor Department has found two 10-year-old children working at a McDonald’s in Louisville, Kentucky. Sometimes until 2 a.m.

Overall the agency found 3 franchises with over 60 McDonalds employing 305 kids and violating labor law.

The franchisees face $212,754 in fines.
