@RoyalMail I get there are strikes and there’s a backlog but to have sent something first class signed, which I thought was a priority, on the first. To still not have it delivered. Long now and the tracking isn’t even helping in regards to it even being collected or not.

@geebenx @wichhh @isawitfirst There’s no email so 10/10 no refund been processed 🙄. It really shouldn’t be so hard to get your own money back. This has put me off. The last time I ordered with them it they fucked up too. So this is just showing me to never order
