Have been grinding in the weight-room, lifts + bodyweight have been increasing while still being explosive. Currently committed to Frederick CC 28’ grad, but will be looking to move onto a 4 year. Here’s 265x1 and 95lbs dumbbells for 5. Also ran a 1.58 second 10 yard dash.
