I wonder why people take a more pro-active approach to charting after something bad happens and tries to throw the nurse who advocated under the bus 🤔🤔🤔
People get mad at you for your lack of commitment to them. But if you ask if they’d been there for you, they probably won’t be able to answer you back. Don’t waste your energy with things you can’t control.
Freedom of choice as a healthcare worker? None. Cause after they protest in front of the hospitals and disrespect us, we still have to care for them at the end of the day when they get sick. Please check the difference between rights and privileges.
No matter what your intentions are, or how much you desire to do things right, people are going to judge you anyway. So keep doing the right thing, and things will fall into place.
