@johnnycortes There's no debate about whether Veiga touched the ball. As you say, he clearly did. But because the ref considered that he was trying to get out of the way of the ball (??), it was an "unintentional play on the ball" that had no effect on offside.

La creación de "senderos seguros" es importante para tener una ciudad más transitable, especialmente para las mujeres y peatones nocturnos. Sin embargo, las nuevas luminarias de @ClaraBrugadaM colocadas en la CDMX no cumplen ese propósito.

Por último, el diseño de los postes y la fabricación son deficientes y de una calidad muy pobre. Tienen una base de metal, pero la parte de la fuente luminosa es un acrílico frágil con esquinas "vivas". Son muy susceptibles al vandalismo por estar a nivel del peatón.
