Eagles have received calls from multiple teams regarding possible trade for DT Jalen Carter, per Jeremy Fowler.
Jaguars are one of the teams reportedly in the mix.

@joerogan These were my thoughts today from experience. Would love to hear someone talk about this.
You know why veteran homelessness will never end? Because the system fails veterans. It’s designed for them to fail.
They take kids at 18 years old away from their homes, families, and friends. At that age they barely know anything about the world. Then they train them, bond them to each other, and teach them how to fight and kill. They tell them they’re the best there is, better than everyone else. That becomes who you are.
Then they send you home to a place that isn’t really home anymore. Your friends don’t know you. Your family doesn’t know you. Their lives moved on while you were gone doing work for a government that plays games with our lives.
Then they tell you to go get a job because you have all this experience. But you quickly realize that the air warfare pin that took you 8 months to earn, staying up all hours getting sign offs and learning every weapon station on an F18, and that stack of medals and awards on your chest mean nothing out here. Absolutely nothing.
Then they say the VA will help you. But the care is garbage, especially the mental health side of it.
So what happens? You end up working at McDonald’s or some meaningless office job where the most exciting thing you see all day is the exit door.
You get depressed. You’re sad. All those friends you had in the service are gone. The constant adrenaline you lived with is gone. You feel numb to life. Nothing feels exciting anymore.
So you turn to alcohol, drugs, or whatever it takes just to feel something again. Then it gets worse. Now you can’t control it and you get in trouble.
Now you’re in the jail system. Instead of getting the help you deserve they throw you in a cell with no support, no family, nothing.
But you know what you don’t have? Your benefits.
The second you get sentenced for any amount of time those benefits get shut off. No money. No way to hire a lawyer. No way to make bail. Nothing.
So now you’re stuck in the justice system. You get out with no support and before long you’re right back in again.
And here’s the part nobody wants to talk about. Not only does the government stop paying those benefits while veterans are locked up, prisons are making money from the government to house them.
So instead of the government paying a 100% disabled veteran about $50,000 a year in benefits, they shut that off and stop the medical care too. Then they turn around and pay a prison a fraction of that cost to house them. Now they’re saving money while the veteran stays stuck in the system and out on the streets when they get out.
They don’t want to fix the problem. They don’t want veterans stable and supported. It’s all a money game. One big Ponzi scheme.
This is my own words and how I feel about this. I didn’t take it from anyone. This one really bothers me, so please be decent.
Jacksonville Jaguars new uniforms 🐆
-Modern throwback vibe.
-Sliver of silver reintroduced from announcement press conference.
-Very faint jaguar print on sleeves / meant to be very subtle. Seen in person but not noticeable on TV cam.

Sources: The #Jaguars and standout OT Cole Van Lanen have agreed to terms on a big new contract extension, a 3-year, $51M deal - $17M per year.
