The credit covers usage of:

- claude -p
- Claude Code GitHub Actions

If you're using Claude with Anthropic based tools (claude -p) to do anything. It's not just third party tools. There's a whole ecosystem of automation, CI/CD, and in-house tools built on the SDK that they encouraged.

/install-githup-app is now extra usage. That's insane.
Pay your subscription to have Claude write buggy code.
Pay extra usage to have Claude debug said buggy code that it wrote.

The hubris is unreal.
