⚠️ In October 2024, Arkansas father Aaron Spencer woke up at 1AM to find his 13-year-old daughter missing.

He suspected 67-year-old Michael Fosler.

Fosler had already been charged with 43 counts of sexually abusing her.

Spencer tracked them down and forced Fosler’s truck off the highway… he then confronted Fosler, pulled out his gun, and shot him multiple times.

Fosler died instantly.

He then got his daughter to safety and called 911.

Spencer was charged with murder, but the case was dismissed this month.

When Genie was finally discovered in 1970, she was 13 years old, weighed only 59 pounds, could barely walk, and could not speak in full sentences.

Her case stunned doctors because she had spent nearly her entire childhood without normal human contact, language, affection, or basic care.

After her rescue, researchers tried to help her learn how to speak and live around people, but the years of isolation had caused permanent damage.

Her father killed himself before he could stand trial, leaving behind a note that read: “The world will never understand.”

Genie survived, but became one of the most tragic cases of extreme child neglect ever documented.
