A lot is changing across the Texas Panhandle, Rolling Plains and South Plains.

New construction. Infrastructure investment. Housing demand. Land transactions. Commercial activity. Development opportunities.

Not every project will happen as planned, and not every property is suddenly worth twice what it was a year ago.

But ignoring what is happening isn't realistic either.
