Calling these 8-Ks “just old news” completely misses the point.

The point is not whether some shareholders already heard parts of it before.

The point is that the company took prior milestone updates and placed them into the formal SEC/EDGAR record right before annuals.

That is called formalizing the disclosure trail.

That matters.

A lot.

There is a huge difference between:

• hearing something in a PR or shareholder update
• and seeing it preserved in the official public filing record for everyone, including new investors, institutions, counterparties, and anyone doing serious diligence

That is the part some people either do not understand or are pretending not to understand.

If it was meaningless, they would not bother cleaning up the historical narrative on EDGAR before annuals.

If it was random, it would not be sequenced this way.

If it was fluff, it would not be tied directly to transparency, stronger public disclosure practices, and preparation for a potential uplisting.

So no, this is not “nothing.”
And no, “we heard it before” is not some great argument.

That is actually the whole point:
