In more news of metal legends triggering all the right people, here's something I believe was making the rounds on social media just over a month ago.

It's Tom Araya, bassist and vocalist of legendary thrash metal band Slayer, wearing a T-shirt featuring the name @benshapiro in the band's iconic logo font, with a Star of David in the background. 😅

Tom is actually a conservative and, I believe, a Trump supporter too.

All the haters can cry about how this is "political". 🥲

Interestingly, Slayer, as a band, have written songs from a wide range of perspectives, political or otherwise, often tackling controversial subjects. That's one of the reasons they've always been considered one of the most controversial bands in metal.
