This is me touching heroin cut with acetyl fentanyl and carfentanil. I was not happy with the video capture of the fentanyl test so I blew up a screen shot showing one line which confirms there was fentanyl. I’ll tweet that picture next.
HHS is asking for public input on the future of addiction policy. Harm reduction needs to be in the record.

@Roblox: My 7yo was just prompted for a biometric scan w/o my consent. You notified me after the data harvest. If you can notify me after, you can ask before. Now your @withpersona AI has her locked as 9, bypassing my controls. #COPPA failure @AGCHanaway@dolmanlaw

@PMtalking@kaitlancollins Ronald Reagan with the Taliban and look what they’re wearing. geez. It’s almost like your party is always on the wrong side of history.
This will be my last tweet. I think it’s best to make a grand exit and I will do so by dropping our latest single. I don’t think anybody would disagree that #FAFO needed an anthem

ICYMI the progressive drug policy reform movement now has a soundtrack. I’m honored to introduce my band, Disruption Theory Syndicate and one of our hits, Holiday Harm Reduction https://t.co/EAzrS7Ls9O via @YouTube
The article tries hard to present a strong case for the need for more effective reversal agents in the era of synthetic opioids. However, the argument is primarily built on theoretical models, conjecture and lacks direct real-world evidence, making it very speculative. The concerns held by professionals in the field and people with lived and living experience about the long half-life of nalmefene and the potential for prolonged precipitated withdrawals are valid and are not sufficiently addressed in the article. Therefore, while the article provides compelling reasons to consider nalmefene, it falls short of conclusively proving that it is a better option than naloxone, particularly in community settings where the risk of re-overdose due to prolonged withdrawal might be significant.
I am very sorry to hear that. Your husband has been struggling with alcoholism for 35 years. You more than anybody should know that in order to prove someone is intoxicated would require confirmatory testing through blood or a breathalyzer. Visual observations are not actual evidence and conjecture is the refuge of the ignorant.
@RealCandaceO All of you fanatics exemplify what Dionysus is depicting; the absurdity of violence between human beings. ICYMI this was a reenactment of a painting called, The Feast of the Gods, not the last supper.

@clairezagorski Great idea! Two things that immediately jumped out at me was that they don’t have a big enough smile on their face maybe a touch more of dark humor? They might appreciate having one of those headband spotlights, considering the adventure they’re going on.
