@AmazonHelp Called yet again and the representative connected me with a UPS person who said it would be delivered tonight even though it’s past their stopping time. Person on the phone agreed to issue a full refund if it’s not here by 8.

@AmazonHelp I had ordered dresses for an event and it’s already too late. They didn’t get here in time. When I originally ordered them, they said they’d be here Thursday. If they would have said Friday, I would have never ordered bc that’s cutting it too close.
