@banquotrilogy I had a similar reaction! Huge welt and felt rotten for a couple of days. I’ve had the flu vaccine every year since 2011 and never had a reaction before!

@IaninSheffield @EatPodcast Can’t comment specifically on bread flours -supermarket usually stocks standard and high grade flour - I got a 5kg bag a few weeks ago so haven’t needed to look. Baking powder was still missing from the shelf last week.
