Please let me know if you know anyone in management at @AmericanAir! Three different customer reps assured me of a reimbursement, but customer relation is refusing it.
@AmericanAir Three people at the airport and one on the phone. All gave me the same info until it came time to reimburse me. Sounds like unethical business practices.
@AmericanAir According to @AmericanAir Customer Relations, the customer service rep on the phone, @AmericanAir employee at DFW, his supervisor, and his supervisor were lying to me when they all said that @AmericanAir will reimburse me for the hotel because the flight was delayed. Awesome!
@AmericanAir Sent you a DM. Also, over the phone at the end of the call, it asks to rate whether I’d recommend @AmericanAir 1 for likely 2 for moderately likely and 3 for unlikely. I pressed three and it stated “invalid selection” and hung up on me. Not having a lot of confidence.
