He's using large numbers to confuse people, so if prices only go down a few % (or even up) they can claim they didn't lie using their "math"

Which means they're implying the drug costed $250 They're intentionally doing it to confuse people, so when drug prices only go down by like 2% they can still claim they brought prices down by huge percentages.

We want a realistic % so it can be applied to current prices to gauge how much they'll actually be discounted. For all we know, the actual discount could be 2% after you apply this backwards math.
