PSG signed Dembélé knowing full well he was injury-prone, and let's be honest, he still is injury-prone to this day.

The difference is that they've managed him properly. They rotate him regularly in the league, protect his minutes, and make sure he's fresh and available for the most important games and stages of the season.

Because that's what you do when one of your best players has injury issues. You don't automatically sell him, you manage him better.

Selling him makes our team 100% worse next season. Other clubs and our rivals are looking to improve and I'm not selling one of my top 3 players for peanuts. Forget the €100m, that money won't help us in the big games. It's peanuts in today's market.

This isn't even emotional, it's just facts. Raphinha makes us better. Even if he only plays 30 games next season, I'd save him for the biggest moments and let Gordon adapt in the other games.

Imagine if we had sold Pedri two years ago because he was injury prone. These things happen. I'd rather take the risk and keep Raphinha because what he brings to the team isn't easy to replace.

With Gordon arriving, we can rotate properly and stop rushing him back. He'll recover. He's 29, not 35.
