Cutting hair takes shorter time but you also use time to cut it. Besides, must you study every second of everyday? It's sad that we still do this.

Hello @premierinn my colleague has had a terrible experience at the Paddington branch last night after booking multiple rooms for the next few days. There's been cancelled rooms without prior knowledge, no manager involvement and a strange man staying in an occupied room! AWFUL!

Hello @AskeBay @eBay_UK I received a kids face paint which had expired. I raised a refund request, spoke to customer service & said it's not appropriate to return the product & they said this is fine. I have now had my refund request closed. Can you please look into this?!

Dear @johnlewishelp @JohnLewisRetail when did you stop putting your customers 1st? A package I returned 3wks ago was lost in your returns centre. Now its found, I have to wait a further 3-5 days for a refund. When I wanted to complain, I was told I can't as my refund's processed!

If we want to be technical like that, let's look at the ethnicity of mass murderers, serial killers etc. I won't stoop to your level and generalise - a heinous crime is just that, irrespective of the perpetrator's ethnicity/background.
