Thanks to Lamb's Motorcycle school for their generous donation to us and for their visit today with lots of bikes to see and sit on, pupils enjoy talking to their owners, a great way to encourage responsible bike ownership. Your time is very much appreciated.
Our Sports Day this week brought out the competitive spirit in our pupils and staff everyone tried really hard. We had a great day. Special assembly today with loads of medals, tophy's for everyone taking part ๐ฅ๐
It was fantastic to see 2 ex pupils last week, now in their 20's!! Where does the time go? They both had lovely things to say about their time here and how we prepared them for life. So glad we where able to make a difference ๐
It was an emotional day on Friday saying goodbye to our Y11 at our leavers assembly. They have all worked hard and completed their exams. We wish them all lots of luck for the future ๐
It was great to see an ex pupil visit today. He has just completed an honours degree in Music production. He has written a lovely statement for our website about his time here. A fantastic reminder of why we choose to work in our particular setting ๐
We had a really good and thought provoking day on Friday with visitors in school talking about knife and hate crime. Thank you to everyone who organised the day.
Congratulations to our Chair of Governors who has been awarded with a certificate by the Butler Trust from the Police & Crime Commissioner for Cheshire. The award recognises his hard work and dedication to the Cheshire Youth Justice Services. Well done, it is thoroughly deserved
Chinese New Year was celebrated in school yesterday.
Yet again the catering staff did us proud with a fantatic Chinese buffet, enjoyed by pupils and staff.
Chaigeley hosted a Christmas meal last night for Thelwall Womens Institute. The food was fantastic and the gorgeous decorations handmade by KS2 pupils. it was a lovely evening and the ladies of the WI are welcome in school any time.
