Chapter 1 - Landfall
You had answered the Call to Adventure, to explore the new world of Xyia. The large ship carrying yourself and your fellow adventurers crashed against the black shoals of the island, marooning everyone.

You and the intrepid adventurers of @ethxy formed a makeshift town, named Anchor's End. Luckily there were some wild strawberries growing near the town that would temporarily feed everyone.

At the beginning of the island, there are no laws established. Be aware, traveling outside of town limits means you will be open to attack. The community of adventurers formed a bounty system that would automatically place incremental bounties on those that attacked other players.

Participating in fights would get you a hardy constitution, allowing you to gain experience for the challenges ahead.

The undeveloped resources of the island means you cannot yet venture too far away from Anchor's End. In order to colonize further inland, the adventurers have started building a second town. This new town will require young lumber and copper bars.

You must harvest raw young logs from mature forests and carry them to the Lumbermill to process into lumber. You can then sell the finished lumber at the second town construction yard for a sizable profit.

Similarly, you must harvest raw copper ore from the Copper Mine to the south, then carry it to the Forge to process it into copper bars then sell it at the second town construction yard.

Be aware! If someone kills you while you're carrying valuable goods, they have a chance to steal what you're carrying.

Incredible opportunity, danger, and fun awaits as you begin your adventure on the Island of Xyia.

EthXY Summer Camp is Live! Running on a Chaindrop-powered L3

Today, we launch the @EthXY Summer Camp on @base as part of Onchain Summer. EthXY is an Onchain Pixel MMORPG. We have a $1M prize pool to give out to EthXY Summer Camp participants. Play mini games against your friends on our Incentivized EthXY Testnet which is a L3 that rolls up to Base.

Today we’re also kicking off the ability for your EthXY characters to start leveling up their attributes! If you want to have the absolute strongest character possible, it’s important to start your character training today. The strength of your character will matter for ⚔️ Open world PvP and 🐉 Epic boss PvE. Don’t fall behind! Today is the literal earliest you can start leveling your attributes.

Summer Camp Promotion
- EthXY Summer Camp will run from 2024/6/5 - 2024/9/4.
- We have a prize pool of $1,000,000 ($1M in SEXY tokens) to be split amongst Summer Camp players.
- Your split of the rewards is calculated from your final balance of Testnet SEXY ($TEXY).

How do I obtain Testnet SEXY ($TEXY)?
- You can stake Base SEXY to get a 1% daily yield in Testnet SEXY ($TEXY).
- Any in-app swap purchases of $SEXY, will provide an instant 1:1 in $TEXY.
- We designed it this way such that you can play mini games for free without fear of losing. $TEXY is provided for free and has no financial value. Even if you lose your $TEXY, your $SEXY is safe.
- Your staked $SEXY will be withdrawable after the completion of EthXY Summer Camp.

How are Gems used?
- You can socket EthXY Base Power Gems to boost your yield of Testnet SEXY ($TEXY) from deposits and purchases. Your Gem Power is calculated from:

1. The highest level gem socketed. (i.e. Lv. 3 Gem = +3% yield, Lv. 10 Gem = +10% yield)

2. If consecutive level gems to the highest level gems are socketed, the yield is doubled. (i.e. a Lv. 1, a Lv. 2, a Lv. 3 gem are socketed = +3% * 2 = +6% yield, Lv. 1 to Lv. 10 gems are socketed = +10% * 2 = +20% yield)

I need an invite code
- Find invite codes from our Telegram group, Discord channel, or X account.
- Any referrals you make, you earn bonus 100 Testnet SEXY ($TEXY). Spread your invite codes as widely as possible to obtain free $TEXY!
- Invite codes are finite. Active players will be given additional invite codes every interval. Win more codes from minigames!
- For the most exceptional referrers, we will be providing the special character title "Fren".

What rewards can I get?
- Winning minigames will get you more Testnet SEXY ($TEXY).
- By getting achievements in minigames, you earn Summer Camp Badges. These badges will provide a multiplier that will be used to calculate your split of the prize pool.
- We will have exclusive character armors, weapons, skins and titles you can win from minigames.
- We have surprise loot we'll be providing for the top 1% of players.

I’d like to find out more about character leveling
- There are four main attributes: 💪 Strength (STR), 🎯 Agility (AGI), 🧠 Intelligence (INT), ❤️ Stamina (STA).
- Each attribute costs 1 SEXY per hour to train. There are no ways to accelerate training meaning its very important to start training early.
- We have a dedicated section on our docs (links to be following this post) that details the benefits of various attributes.

Today, we're announcing the development of the @ethxy L3 World Chain that rolls up to @base.  While developing our new gameplay, we experienced an acute need for fast, microcent transactions.

The EthXY World Chain is an EVM @Optimism-based chain that utilizes SEXY as its native gas token. We are working with @chaindropxyz as our L3 development partner.

Our L3 will enable a new class of onchain gaming mechanics that we will be exhibiting as a first-party developer on our new chain.

We're believers in building for the long term. We realized that we would need a dedicated appchain to fully realize our vision for onchain gaming.

- The EthXY World Chain testnet will start on May 2nd.
