@ColinTCrypto @block_one_ another example: BPs who still sync ECAF blacklists won't be voted. See them drop the blacklists in couple of days. Al 21 bps still sync them, most "western" BPs signal they do as well. Currently only @eostitanBP and ours don't sync them intentionally.
@BrendanBlumer @block_one_ Very cool- lets start with low-hanging fruit;
โข remove 4% inflation tap
โข burn savings
โข don't vote for bps who still sync ecaf blacklists (top 21 currently do)
โข help improve rotation of standby to introduce censorship resistance;
our code https://t.co/sEwqVqpFnq
#EOSGov

There is a waiver;
โข It allows B1 to deploy voice. com (because of real identities, and compliance!)
โข It allows B1 to deploy capital directly (because of its opensource techno-future, hard to compete with incumbents stealing the code if capital limited etc)
TLDR on the whole order
โข "The settlement resolves all ongoing matters between block.1 and the SEC" (that block one is aware of).
โข Violations were declared "only" about "offers and sales of ERC-20 Tokens in the ICO"
โข There could be more or not, clear for now.
โข Bullish.

@HernanArber@ColinTCrypto If that helps; @ChainRift doesn't vote with customer EOS, is not in the paid spot, and there is plenty EOS projects outside the EVB one

ChainRift has joined the @Worbli Network as one of the core block producers with the goal of bringing regulatory compliant DeFi apps to end-users.

@ColinTCrypto The "don't know" answer IS way better than heading head first into yet another scheme that (probably) would end up centralizing in different way.
I would suggest that any id voting shouldn't be incentivized, or the attacker gets paid by the network to buy up the identities.
In a very momentous occasion, the Colin Talks Crypto proxy with all of YOUR votes, and with the help of @eoscafeblock, bloksio & @EOS42io, the "regproducer" contract has just been approved by 15/21 BPs!

We used YOUR 7 million votes to move BPs into place
