Standing in front of Jesus’s tomb July 2014 wasn’t quiet for me… it was life-altering.

We had seen where the last supper took place, the garden of Gethsemane and Caiaphas’ house where Jesus was held prisoner.

Everything I had believed, everything I had held onto in faith, suddenly felt real in a way that hit deep in my bones. Not distant. Not symbolic. Real.

I stood there overwhelmed by the weight of it, the truth of it, the sacrifice and the promise all at once.

It was peaceful and still… it was powerful. The kind of moment that doesn’t just stay with you it changes you.

I walked in as a believer.
I walked out knowing.
